These terms apply to strivesports.ai and to the apps Strive SEA Sdn. Bhd. (company no. 202501057154, formerly Tell Productions Sdn. Bhd.), trading as Strive Sports ("Strive", "we") uses to run its channels, including "Strive Sports Publisher".
Who may use the apps
Our apps are internal tools. Only Strive staff and partners we authorise may sign in, and only to channels and pages Strive owns or manages.
Platform terms
Use of our apps with YouTube is also subject to the YouTube Terms of Service. Use with Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok or any other platform is also subject to that platform's terms.
Content
Video, photography, graphics and text on our channels and this website belong to Strive or to the rights holders who license them to us. Do not copy or republish them without permission.
Acceptable use
Do not use our apps or website to break the law, upload content you do not have rights to, or interfere with the service or any platform.
Liability
The website and apps are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, Strive is not liable for indirect or consequential loss from their use.
Privacy
How we handle information is set out in our Privacy Policy.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia, and the courts of Malaysia have jurisdiction.
