Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Strive SEA Sdn. Bhd. (company no. 202501057154, formerly Tell Productions Sdn. Bhd.), trading as Strive Sports ("Strive", "we") handles information in the tools we use to run our own sports media channels, including the app "Strive Sports Publisher", and on strivesports.ai.
Who we are
Strive operates sports channels on YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, TikTok and other platforms, including Strive Sports and the league channels we run, such as the Malaysia Premier Futsal League (MPFL). Contact: channels@strivesports.ai.
What our apps do
Our apps connect only to channels and pages that Strive owns or manages. They are used by Strive staff to upload and schedule videos, set titles, descriptions, thumbnails, captions and playlists, run live broadcasts, moderate comments, and read channel and video analytics. They are not offered to the public, and members of the public do not sign in to them.
Information we access
- Sign-in tokens for our own channel and page accounts, issued when an authorised Strive account approves access.
- Channel, video, post and live stream details for our own channels, and their analytics and reports (views, watch time, audience totals by country, age and device, revenue where available). These are aggregate figures and do not identify individual viewers.
- Public comments and messages left on our own channels, which we read and moderate.
How we use it
Only to publish and manage our own content, moderate our channels and report on how our channels perform. We do not sell this information, use it for advertising profiles, or share it with third parties, except service providers who host our systems under contract and authorities where the law requires it.
Storage and security
Tokens are kept in encrypted credential storage. Analytics are stored in our own databases, which only authorised staff can access. Data is transferred over encrypted connections.
Retention
Tokens are kept until access is revoked or the channel no longer uses the app. Analytics history is kept while the channel is active and deleted on request or within 12 months of a channel leaving our network. Comments we have stored are deleted when the original is removed from the platform or on request.
YouTube API Services
Strive Sports Publisher uses YouTube API Services. By using features that rely on YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to data Google holds. You can revoke our access to a Google account at any time from the Google security settings page. Strive's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Meta, TikTok and other platforms
Where our apps use the Facebook, Instagram, Threads or TikTok APIs, that platform's own terms and privacy policy also apply. Access can be removed from the business or app settings of each platform.
Website
When you send an enquiry on strivesports.ai we receive the details you enter, and use them only to reply to you. The site sets a first-party cookie to count visits; it is not used for advertising.
Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (Malaysia) you can ask to see, correct or delete personal data we hold about you. Write to channels@strivesports.ai. See Data deletion for how to have data removed.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
